Refunds & Returns Policy

We hope you love your Slumber and Sorcery pieces as much as we loved creating them.

Preorders and Cancellations

Orders placed during the preorder period may be cancelled any time before the preorder window closes. Once the preorder period ends, all sales are final and cancellations are not possible.

Returns

Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind, sizing, or preference. Returns are only accepted if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@slumberandsorcery.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back or arranging a replacement.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by us if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval of your refund or replacement. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the original applicable transaction fees.
